Nuwara Eliya
Nuwara Eliya is a highland town surrounded by tea plantations. The weather is cool and often foggy. Small colonial-era houses exist among the plantations. Waterfalls appear throughout the area. Roads and paths go through valleys and hills. It is a quiet, low-activity location with a lot of greenery.
Ella
Ella is a small town with steep cliffs and large views of the surrounding hills. The Nine Arches Bridge is a significant structure. Waterfalls run from the cliffs into lower areas. The town is sparsely populated and heavily surrounded by nature. Movement through the area is slow and limited by the terrain.
Horton Plains
Horton Plains is a flat grassland on a high plateau. There are trails along cliffs and sudden drops. The area is windy and often covered in clouds. Wildlife is present but minimal. It is a remote area with little development. Silence dominates most of the space.
Knuckles Mountain Range
The Knuckles Mountains have multiple jagged peaks and dense forests. Rivers and streams run through valleys. Rare plants and some wildlife exist. The terrain is difficult to traverse. Visibility is limited in misty conditions. The area is primarily for serious hikers or explorers.
Haputale
Haputale is a small town above extensive tea plantations. The town is elevated, and weather is often misty. Roads and trails go through hilly terrain. There is very little urban infrastructure. Movement is slow due to the topography.
